We recommend that you store your archived email on your network personal drive (P: or F:).
In GroupWise, choose Tools, Options, Environment and File location (see below image) to set the location of your archive.
Then select the "CleanUp" tab to turn on archiving.
To see your archived mail:

In the Main Window, click , .orClick the folder list header drop-down list (above the Folder List; it probably displays Online or Caching to indicate what mode of GroupWise you are running in), then click .
* To return to your regular Inbox (non-archived email, click that folder list down-down list as noted above and select "Online".
